Everything we do at The Rock Church is centred around prayer. If you’re going through a difficult time, please get in touch We’d love to listen, pray with you and explore how we can support you.

While we are not in a position to offer professional counselling, we can help connect you with organisations that provide specialist or emergency support. You can browse the directory below or get in touch with us for more guidance.

  • There may be times when you yourself or the Church may recommend that you seek some professional support from a therapist. The decision to seek professional help will remain yours entirely. We recommend using these links below to search for the right support.
